  • For personalized or customized products, additional processing time may be required (usually 2–5 business days) depending on the level of customization.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

We partner with reliable courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery across India.

  • Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days (metro cities may be faster).
  • Express Shipping (where available): 2–4 business days.
  • Remote/Outstation Locations: May take 7–10 business days depending on courier availability.

Please note: Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control (e.g., courier delays, weather conditions, holidays).


3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges vary based on your location and will be displayed at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.
  • You can track your order status directly through the courier partner’s website or via your account on our Website.

5. Delivery Policy

  • Deliveries will be made to the shipping address provided at checkout. Please ensure the details are accurate and complete.
  • If the courier is unable to deliver due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges will apply in such cases.
  • We do not deliver to P.O. boxes or restricted locations (e.g., military zones).

6. International Shipping

Currently, Signature Gifts India ships only within India. We do not offer international delivery at this time.


7. Damaged or Missing Items

  • If you receive a damaged package or items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and your order number.
  • We will investigate the issue and arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.

While we strive to meet the stated timelines, Signature Gifts India is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Strikes, lockdowns, or natural disasters
